Part number T-13-BSPEC. The RedShift B-SPEC Comp1W is our sealed, serialized spec coilover for B-Spec cars, built on the same RedShift Comp1W damper our customers win with in Gridlife Club SC today. The dampers are serialized and sealed with tamper-proof seals (they cannot be opened or modified), so every competitor runs the same damper and coilover specification.

Class eligibility: RedShift B-SPEC coilovers are not yet legal for the SCCA B-Spec class. RedShift has proposed to the SCCA that they be allowed, and we hope the proposal is approved soon. Check the rulebook of any series you run before installing them.

Included in the kit:

• Four sealed, serialized RedShift Comp1W monotube dampers — 30 clicks of damping adjustment, adjustable body length
• Front camber plates (some cutting and drilling required to the front strut towers)
• RedShift standard springs at the rates you enter above (whole kg/mm) and 1.0 kg/mm (56 lb/in) helper springs
• Mounts, height adjusters and adjustment tools — nothing additional to purchase

Options (select above): enter your front and rear spring rates. Add Swift springs (+$380) in the same metric rates. Not sure which rates to run? Tell us the car and the series and we will recommend rates — no charge.

Springs: Swift springs for these kits come in the same metric (kg/mm) rates as our standard springs. Our lb/in spring supplier, Hyperco, is going out of business; we are researching other SAE-rate (lb/in) spring brands for a new supplier.

Lead time: about 2 weeks when the kit is in stock; the stock line above shows the current lead time for this kit.

Rebuild service: any B-SPEC or C-SPEC damper is rebuilt to its spec, resealed and logged under its serial number for $100 labor per damper (parts extra); turnaround is 3 days. Any part of the kit can be purchased separately, and replacement dampers are available.

Warranty: This product is intended for racing use and comes with no warranty. Product defect issues will be resolved at the discretion of RedShift Motorsports.
