When one knob isn’t enough

The Comp 1W moves compression and rebound together, and for most racers that’s the fastest setup. When you need to separate them — different tracks, changing grip, aero loads, or a data-driven program — we build the same damper with a remote reservoir and independent compression adjustment (2-way), or with separate low-speed and high-speed compression (3-way).

These are built to order on the Comp 1W or BC Revalved platform, with our digressive-compression, linear-rebound philosophy carried through. Every build is specified with you: rates, lengths, mounts and valving.

Questions

How do I order a 2-way or 3-way?

Choose the valving option on any RedShift Comp 1W or BC Revalved Comp 1W product page, or contact us first to talk through the build. Lead time is quoted per build.

Do I need a 3-way?

Honestly, most cars don’t. If you’re not running data and testing changes, a well-valved 1W or 2W will be faster. We’ll tell you which.
